I have never pulled the Djwal Khul Ascended Master card before, but when I gazed into his eyes I was flooded with messages—he has a lot to say! He is here to support us as Luna wanes through Sagittarius, reminding us that cycles and seasons are always affecting us, helping us transform in alignment with divine timing. Make OM your mantra, chanting the seed sound of creation, vibrating the stardust on your insides, creating a cosmic smile. Tune in to Djwal Khul, asking him to empower your inner wise woman.
Our internal waning moon phase occurs during week three of our cycles, the time often associated with diminished energy, increased irritability and a feeling of not being good enough as our bodies demand that we unplug and slow down. Collectively we feel this way as the illuminating qualities of the full moon fade and Luna appears smaller and smaller each night as she hangs high in the sky. Djwal Khul wants us to remember that we ARE nature, and that life is unfolding just as it should. It’s totally ok to take a second bath, leave your phone on airplane mode and strengthen the boundaries created by your solar-plexus chakra—you will not take yourself out of the game if you step off the hamster wheel and tune in to your Inner-Verse, I promise!
The energy of this time is perfect for wrapping up projects and intentions set on the new moon, restorative yoga, creative activities, prayer, meditation and practicing surrender. Know that you are being held by gravity, supported by the Earth, always guided by an invisible force that cheers for your highest good. Explore the moments that bring you pleasure, knowing that joy and gratitude are sisters, potent lady magic ingredients that combine when we’re in alignment, creating communion with our artist vision and higher self. Dare yourself to go slow, to be present in each moment, allowing your breath to anchor you inside of your body. Imagine a fiery halo surrounding your crown, radiating confidence as you engage with your inner-beauty routine, honouring the cycle day that you’re on and the placement of the cosmos this weekend.
If you’ve been feeling heady, controlling or frustrated with your “progress” I invite you to let yourself off the hook, to take a deep breath, and to laugh out loud (ideally for a few minutes if you can). Loosen up. Let go. Allow yourself to lay back in Savasana and float in the mystery that we are all navigating, together, united by spaceship Earth. Life is designed to unfold with the same intelligence that ushers in each Season, days and moments blooming and wilting, inhaling and exhaling, divinely timed. Take great care of yourself and keep showing up—it’s time for the monthly tide to go out; we’ve got this!
